How can I contact GiftPocket?

You can reach out to us through the Feedback area in the app, click on the Contact Button on our website or email us at info@giftpocket.com.


How will I know I’m an approved user?

You will receive an email notification within 48 hours saying you’ve been approved. If you never receive this message, please email info@giftpocket.com


Is there an age limit for the app?

Yes. To use the GiftPocket app, you must be at least 13 years of age.


How do I delete my account and all of my data?

We’re sad to see you go, but here to support deleting your account. Please submit your request for deletion to info@giftpocket.com and someone from our team will be in touch.

 

Exchange Questions +

How long does it take for my gift card to exchange?

A gift card will usually take 24 to 48 hours, sometimes longer.


What do I do if my gift card does not exchange for 4 days?

Reach out to GiftPocket and will get back to you in 24-hours.


How can I exchange a gift card?

When you’re an approved user, you can exchange gift cards. Add the gift card you want to exchange into your wallet, click on the gift card to flip it and see if the brand will allow you to exchange it. Click on exchange to submit it. Once approved, you will receive GP Points for that then with those GP Points, you can buy a gift card you’ll want to use.


Are there any limitations around gift cards I can exchange?

Yes, you will not be able to exchange some gift cards on GiftPocket. Exchange limitations are on a brand by brand basis.


What are GP Points?

GP Points are ways you can earn rewards to buy gift cards you love. Do you have any gift cards that you don’t like? You can exchange your unwanted gift cards for GP Points. Just add your gift card to the app, check to see if the brand will allow you to exchange it, and submit it for exchange. Once approved, you will receive GP Points for that then with those GP Points, you can buy a gift card you’ll want to use.

What do I do if it says “gift card already exists”?

The message means someone you know or your family has this gift card on their account. A gift card can only be on one account, so check with those people to see if they already have that gift card on their account. If that does not work, please reach out to GiftPocket.


How does your referral program work?

Share your referral code with friends through text by clicking the menu in the top left of the app. If your referrals sign up, each of you will get GP points. You can click on the info icon within the app to learn more about the program, your level, and how many points you can earn with each referral.


What brands of gift cards can I add on to the app?

Over 250+ brands, and even if we don’t have that brand, you’ll still be able to add the gift card.


What should I do with my gift card after I add it to my Pocket?

We recommend that you keep all of your gift cards in a safe place just in case you type in the gift card number wrong or you would, for some reason, need them in the future.


What happens if I can’t find the gift card I want to buy?

Right now, we have 250+ brands to choose from and buy. Every month we get more and more brands. We will continue to work on getting every brand our users want. If there are any specific brands you would like to see, let us know in the Feedback area of the app or the Contact Us option right here on our site.
